Essential Information - Please read before submitting an application
Ambleview Place is an Equity Co-operative for active seniors aged 60 or over. To become a member you must pay cash for the Membership Shares that are related to the suite that you will occupy. The prices currently range from $261,005 to $435,354. You will own shares (equity) in the Co-op, but you will not actually own the suite that you occupy, so it is unlikely that you will be able to obtain a conventional mortgage.
Members are expected to contribute to the operation of the Co-op by serving in at least one of the Co-op’s various committees each year. The committees are: Finance, Maintenance, Membership, Housekeeping, Safety and Security, Gardening, Design, Social, and Recycling.

In the application you will be asked to indicate the types of suites in which you might be interested, so before beginning, please visit the "Suite Types" page and make a note of those types that you would find acceptable. Please bear in mind that waiting times are longer for the larger suites.
